I have only taken one session and it’s usually supposed to an induction of sorts but it was incredibly helpful. Talking to someone who gave knowledgeable advice of what to do to solve my issues calmed me down greatly. I plan to take regular sessions from the doctor. She was very patient and seemed to know what she was doing, which helped centre me better. All in all, I would recommend people to not let their issues fester and seek help if they feel they need it. Would recommend her without a doubt.
